Introducing Our New Home

So, This is our first house. It was a foreclosure, so as you can see the grass was dead. But after much work we have new grass. Also, I should say Grandpa Vance, Uncle Von and Justin repainted much of our house. It has been so fun to see the transformation. I finally have my purple kitchen!!!
The kids live the long driveway where they can ride bikes. It has been so fun for them. We have a nice park close by where we go almost every day. Also, we have a great bike path right behind our house. It has been a lot of fun.


Elise has learned how to sweep our great wood floors. What a great helper!


I have always wanted to paint at least one wall in our house purple, so we were really brave and did it. I really like it!!
Here is a picture of Justin and his Dad hard at work installing new wood floors. It was a lot of work for them, but they did such a good job, and it has been so worth it. What great guys!!

SOON TO COME

We are in the process of fixing our internet. We bought a house in Sparks, NV and after much painting, re-doing floors we are moved in. So, I have tons of pictures just waiting to be posted. So much happens in one month. Dallin graduated from pre-school, Elise is potty trained, and Jayden started crawling everywhere. My how time flies. Keep posted for our soon to come pictures.

Little Miss Pink

This is our little Ms. Pink. Dallin took this picture so you can't see the top of my face. That is OK, because that isn't important. I just wanted to write about Elise. She is the spunkiest little girl. She loves the color pink. This morning I was reading her a book about bodies. I was showing her the book that showed a baby with red hair, brown hair, black hair and blonde hair. I told Elise that she has blonde hair. Then I asked her what color her hair was, she said "pink". I said Elise, "your hair isn't pink". She got really mad and said, "It is pink!!"
We went to the library the other day and I said, "Elise go and choose a book". She ran and found a book, and said, "I found a pink book". She is so funny. I sure love her and her personality and her obsession with the color pink.

Jayden soon to be crawling

Our little baby is growing so quickly. He has the chubbiest little thighs and the cutest squeal and smile. He gets up on his hands and toes and does a push-up. It is so fun to watch him grow. We sure like this little boy he is sure a blessing to our family.

Blast-Ball

I want to do one post about each of the kiddo's. I wanted to post some pictures of Dallin playing Blast-Ball(T-Ball). He is really liking T-Ball. He is pretty good at this sport. He really likes to throw the ball. He says that he really wants to be a pitcher. I guess we will see what he ends up doing. But, for now it is fun to watch him enjoying different sports.

Easter in Placerville

We celebrated Easter this year in Placerville, CA, Justin's hometown. Justin's Uncle Jerry and Aunt Janice have a beautiful garden and organized an Easter Egg hunt for the kids. Of course, we had fun taking pictures in their garden. Elise looked just like Easter with her hat and gloves. It was a great Easter with oh soo much candy!! We also got to spend time with their cousin Preston.

Our Little Lissy

Elise chose this princess swim suit. I wanted a different one for her, but she had to have the princess one. She loves everything pink and princess. She is such a girl. As soon as she got home she wanted to wear her swim suit. What a girl!!!
